He has strong operational experience, having run his own businesses from the start. He founded Baffoe Kakana (BAKA) Consulting, an information and communications technology company. A few years later, he founded Regime Resources (Pty) Ltd, a commodity trading company. Bungane has over 23 years’ experience in the mining and ICT sector, having served as a board member of Eyethu Coal, before co-founding Omang Resources in 2011.
