Zandile is the Head of Human Resources with a dual mandate to drive and direct the Omang Academy, a venture which aspires to position and steer all skills development strategies for the Group and also to ensures optimal participation of skills development initiatives to the local communities where our business operates.

A qualified Human Resources Practitioner, from University of Johannesburg, she brings 30 years of experience to design, manage and monitor all human resources related performance outcomes, both at Group and the Academy level.  Her career anchor is entrenched in the skills development and spreads throughout to the sustainable organisational effectiveness strategies, change management initiatives whose outcomes manifest in corporate citizenship.
